The police has been receiving numerous reports of civilians going missing so they will respond to any emergency as quickly as possible. In order to do your crimes without getting caught, you need to hide all of the evidence of your doing. The police gets constantly stronger as they will do anything to catch you such as bringing a helicopter to monitor the alley and hire spies to watch you.
