Good luck finding an answer, as the time is randomly generated. There are a few events in this game, but you would have to wait for them. To escape, all you have to do is wait. It could take a while.

Welcome to The Smile Room. The entity appears as a door with the words “The Smile Room” above it on the wall. There is a big set of teeth on the door, and those who enter are considered lost as nobody has returned from the door.
