Pressing B enables build mode, allowing you to place down a plot and build on it.

You can also claim the houses at the center of the town by clicking on them.

Commiting crimes develops a bounty over time, allowing cowboys and the law to hunt you

Continuous non-sensible killings as a Sheriff or Deputy will eventually get you banned from the role in the server.
