Server Version 2.9.1+:
-fixed campsite cafeteria and added vending machine there
-added more functionality to stretcher. you can now release/grab it, and apply oxygen or an IV bag to the stretcher.
-added new pet "Cave"
-added portable xray tool (doctors only) and updated a lot of the other dr tools
-Added UI for nurse/doctor tools
-added diapers/changing station. workers should assist babies with this.
-made stairs easier to climb for babies
-added vent to secret room
-added global seat debounce
-fixed bug where hats/hair would not be properly aligned
-remodeled daycare bathrooms and added functional sinks/hand dryer
