It’s a quiet place for anyone who has ever felt tired, overwhelmed, or stuck. Through 20 simple, reflective questions, it asks you to pause, breathe, and listen to yourself — at your own pace. Even answering just one question is enough.
This project exists because I know what it’s like to struggle with anxiety, depression, and burnout. It isn’t meant to fix everything. It’s just a reminder: your feelings are real, your presence matters, and choosing to stay one more day is worth more than you might realize.
