One Last Time (OMT) is a Universal but mostly focused on Jojo's Bizarre Adventure game primarily oriented towards late game PvP. Taking place in an alternate universe, Carlos the Great created the Hats. Hats take abilities from various media sources and physically manifest them in the form of a suit.
