infinite minesweeper

how to play:
* step on closed tiles to open them
* number shows how many mines surround that tile
* click or tap to mark tiles as mines
* open as many tiles as you can!

commands:
/votekick <player>: initiates a votekick
/kick <player>: kicks a player (admin-only)
/ban <player>: bans a player from the server (admin-only)
/announce <message>: displays a server-wide message (admin-only)
/restart: restarts the current round (admin-only)
/respawn: respawns character
/rejoin: rejoins the server
