Updates:
- The Fire Rises map added
- 3D City models added (only for built-in cities)
- Replaced some instances of game.Chat filtering with TextService filtering (in order to cope with Roblox's warning)
- Restored the classic lighting (and fixed it up a bit)

It's recommended to roleplay in this game, but it isn't required
