New map - Tadmur Outskirts:
-new gamemode - Offensive
-new vehicles - Abu Armored Truck and BTR-80
-some audio and bug fixes
new simplified vehicle system being implemented to optimize game/reduce scripts
new vehicle spawner UI too i think
radios fixed and added back

more maps and factions on the way

currently fixing audio and scripts for game to work properly so expect some issues here and there
