3/8/2025 Update:

New Stuff:
- Can now increase building slots by spending political power (building slots can be destroyed in a siege now too, but its rare)
- New combat animations
- Massive Optimization all across the board, not laggy to spawn, select units, map is more optimized, etc

Changed:
- Battles 3x quieter
- Dont need to hold ctrl to drag select anymore
- Removed Mamluks vassals
- Decreased the wait neccessary for sending peace treaties to always 12 months
- Blockades dont end when the fleet engages in combat now
- Dont need political power to change capitals anymore, but now they dont assim or change the religion when changed
- Drafting policy is only disabled when u hit max MP instead of when all ur wars end
- "Behind in Tech" discount mins out at -50% now
