Duras, ensconced in rugged splendor, stands as the provisional capital, the seat of the Grand Duke 's government. Riga, scarred by revolutions and warlord tumult, undergoes slow reconstruction. Amidst Duras' towns and a vigilant military camp, a tenuous calm prevails. Yet, echoes of a supposedly defeated Russian army linger, casting a shadow over the interim capital. The resilient townsfolk and the Grand Duke 's forces maintain watchful unity in the face of impending threats. As Riga heals, Duras becomes a vital crucible, holding the mantle until the true capital is restored.
