-Radio's can send and receive signals
-Explosives can damage surface deposits and trees
-Continental and mountainous terrain planets with oceans have deeper ocean floors for easier boating
-New control panel settings

-Basically all stars got slight redesigns
-Distillation tower and coke oven got some tweaks
-Added star clusters of 2 types using ids 5751-6400
