Minor Balance Changes:
Damage & accuracy of pistol caliber weapons slightly nerfed.
Damage of intermediate caliber weapons at max distance slightly buffed.
Pepperbox velocity doubled, accuracy decreased (better reflects the fact that it is smoothbore)
