Getting kills give you points, buy new weapon skins with points.
There are many weapon skins to unlock.

Crates will fall from the sky occasionally, these crates contain super weapons. Super weapons are overpowered versions of the base weapons, they usually have much more destructive power.

If a player gets a high enough kill streak, they will become the Boss. The Boss is always visible to the enemy team and gets heavily upgraded stats for their base weapon.
