[MASSIVE UPDATE] Car Crash Simulator V3

Third successor to the Car Crash Simulator games, made from the ground up.

Latest update:

Added Audi A4 + offroad variant to extra cars
Added Lada Samara Police variant
Added modded scania to extra cars
Added turbo sfx to some cars
Replaced private server F3X with fork3X
Added more commands to private server admin (mainly Weather)
Added some vehicles to private server admin
Added tire rolling sound to cars
Added passenger seat to Voskhod
Made mouse steering way snappier
Made rain and wind muffle in first person view
Improvements to weather
Made ragdolled characters more flexible
Added ragdoll button for console (buttonY)
Added the ability to look around in first person on console
Added shaking when driving on rough terrain
Improved dust particles and added grass particles
Switched gear switching mechanic back to speed based
