MOVED EK9 TO FREE CARS (list is still changing)

added Honda Acty + jdm extra variant
added Ford Transit + extra variant
added NOS to ek tuner, acty modded and modded silvia (shift)
added junkyard with evil car destroying doohickeys (go right on main road from spawn)
increased modded silvia hp and steer speed and lowered grip a bit
made miata roof fold by clicking
made spraycan paint popup lights (beware of hood hitbox)
made trunk springs more powerful
disabled car overheating function (broken oilpan still causes failure)
small safety improvements

fixed custom plates on cars with A3 license plate type
fixed EK wheel
fixed skyline and silvia suspension
fixed silvia trunk model
fixed integra dash
fixed radios
