It's important to choose a room with essential equipment before the ghost shows up to help you survive, such as lavender, a safe, and a toolbox.
Remember, the key to winning is to upgrade your door as soon as possible or to kill the ghost before it becomes strong enough to demolish your door.
Upgrade door and artillery needs sufficient resources, whice requires a strategy to obtain and then balance them.
